We came home two days ago. It feels kind of strange to be in a city again after the latest adventure. Since it never gets dark up there, we hardly got any sleep at all. Instead we had this strange and fantastic flow of fishing, filming, eating and laughing. Some weird things happened, more about… Read more »

Extreme arctic fishing ahead!
Hi I’m just finishing my packing for the expedition we are going to make with the JFF team. The destination is far up north, about as far as you can get in Europe. Tomorrow I will travel to Kiruna in northern Sweden where I’ll catch up with the other guys. Then we drive further up… Read more »
Finnish Nonsense
Blog from Eco-Rapids #3 Hellau! I´m back from Russia. Here are some interesting videos from our tour in Finland in early June. The first one was made by Fredrik, who stole my camera and made this epic masterpiece entiteled Karja while I was searching desperately for the camera, thinking I´d forgotten it somewhere along the… Read more »
Fishing and Filming in Ransarån
Cheerio, Here’s a quick photoblog from the Ransarån trip, which happened already two weeks ago. We made the trip with Håvard, Terje and myself aiming to catch some beautiful trout and of course, the arctic char. Besides fishing, it was a very good opportunity to try out the capabilities of the new video gear that… Read more »

The objective of our little expedition was to hunt for the ultimate Nordic trophy fish – the big arctic char. Ransarån offers excellent fishing for good-sized brown trout and arctic char, but… Read more »
Spring in the Upper Itchen
May 30th: Finally back at the Upper Itchen! As you can see from the video, the ice and snow has just melted, and the colours of the landscape are still very dull. The ground around the river is still frozen, so the water isn´t too warm… But sure enough, once the wind dies down, the… Read more »
Full moon
The weather was excellent when me and Fredrik decided to go for sea trout fishing after a long break. Light wind from the west and good conditions in the water. A couple of hours of fishing in the evening, and Fredrik’s sinking line and a big shrimp imitation were what the trout liked. He landed… Read more »
A Video of Lars, Lars & Me at Smestaddammen
I was out fishing with Lars & lars again the other day, and Lars Lenth took us to his secret urban fishing spot in Oslo, known only to a few die-hard urban anglers: Smestaddammen. Maestro Nilssen made a short film out of it, and the video is out now on Lars&Lars´ blogTV now. Check it… Read more »
Spring flood
After a couple of days of radio silence I’m back again. I’ve had busy weeks with the trio album and some gigs and really haven’t have any spare time at all. It always happens in the spring: a lot of stuff gets piled and the schedule gets overfilled. A kind of a spring flood that… Read more »
